GINSMS Inc. is a mobile technology and services company, which is focused on two areas, namely its application-to-peer (A2P) messaging service and its software products and services. The Company's segments include provision of messaging service (MS) and software products and services (SPS). The Company, through its subsidiary, GIN International Limited, is involved in the provision of inter-operator short message services. Through the provision of A2P Service, it enables the mobile application developers, short message service (SMS) gateway, enterprises, and financial institutions to deliver SMS through the use of its application programming interface. It operates its Software Products and Services business, through its subsidiary, Inphosoft Group Pte Ltd. (Ltd. (Inphosoft). Inphosoft maintains the A2P Cloud platform and develops new features as and when necessary, to support the Company’s A2P business. It also outsources resources to customers for the purpose of software development.
