No it pays 1.38 per year, 0.115 per share. So with 10000, you can get around $120 per month
I would say be cautious man. With that amount of money being paid but commercial property suffering and some banks even refusing to fund commercial property purchases then you better be going in long...at least 3-4years.

Speculation imo. No way to guaruntee the demand of office and retail space demand in the comings months. Some offices, stores and consumers are ready for business as usual but many are still concerned
