Hayleys Fabric PLC manufactures and sells knitted fabrics in Sri Lanka. The company offers single jersey, interlocks, piques, ribs, fleeces, polar fleeces, jacquards, and flat knits. Its fabric composition includes cotton, polyester, viscose, modal, micro modal, and tencel, as well as synthetic fibers, such as wool, cashmere, and silk. The company was formerly known as Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills PLC and changed its name to Hayleys Fabric PLC in June 2015. Hayleys Fabric PLC was founded in 1992 and is based in Neboda, Sri Lanka. Hayleys Fabric PLC operates as a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC.
