Its development portfolio comprises residential projects under the Mahindra Happinest brand name; integrates cities and industrial clusters under the Mahindra World City and Origins by Mahindra brand names. The company was formerly known as Mahindra Gesco Developers Ltd. and changed its name to Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited in October 2007. Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited is a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
