Maistra dd is a Croatia-based company primarily engaged in the tourist industry. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operates nine hotels with 1,782 accommodation units, eight tourist villages with 2,029 beds and seven camps with 7,606 parcels, which represents total accommodation potential of 11,417 accommodation units. Its tourist facilities are located in Rovinj and Vrsar, resorts in the Istrian region. The Company also offers restaurant services and activities such as wellness programs, conventions and business meetings, sports activities and planning weddings. As of December 31, 2011, the Company formed a capital group, consisting of Slobodna Katarina doo. The Company was 84.05%-owned by Adris grupa dd.
