AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, together with its subsidiaries, underwrites risk and non-life insurance contracts in Nigeria. It operates through Non Life Business, Life Business, Insurance, Asset Management, Property development, and Health Maintenance segments. The company offers life and saving products, such as whole life, term life, cash back term life, life celebration, instant plan, bonus life, life saving, education plan, group life insurance; health insurance, including group and employee health plans and third party administrator plan; and investments, which includes money market fund, equity income fund, education trust, employee investment scheme, and customized portfolio. It also provides business insurance plan, agric, motor, home, money, travel, group personal accident, marine, fire and special peril, burglary insurance, fidelity, liability, goods-in-transit, and engineering insurance. The company was formerly known as Mansard Insurance Plc and changed its name to AXA Mansard Insurance Plc in July 2015. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. AXA Mansard Insurance Plc operates as a subsidiary of Assur Africa Holdings Limited.
