Aya Gold & Silver Inc. (Aya) is a Canada-based precious metals mining company, which focuses on the exploration, development, production and acquisition of precious metals mining projects. The Company is focused on producing silver and exploration activities at its flagship project, the Zgounder property. The Zgounder Silver Mine, which is an underground silver mine located 260 kilometers east of Agadir in Morocco. Aya owns 85% of Zgounder Millennium Silver Mine S.A (ZMSM), which owns the Zgounder property. The Company also owns 85% of the Boumadine polymetallic project and is the sole owner of the permits related to the Amizmiz, Azegour and Imiter Bis properties. All of these properties are located in the Kingdom of Morocco. Aya owns 75% of the Tijirit project located in Mauritania. In addition to advancing its Boumadine polymetallic project, the Company has various exploration properties located along the prolific Anti-Atlas belt that is host to Zgounder and Managem’s Imiter Mine.
