Nevada Copper Corp. is a mining company that is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of its copper project at its Pumpkin Hollow property (the Property) in Western Nevada, the United States. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of the Pumpkin Hollow Copper Project located in the Walker Lane mineralized belt of western Nevada, and in particular, the construction and commissioning of its underground mine at the Property. Its Pumpkin Hollow project has reserves and resources, including copper, gold, and silver. The Pumpkin Hollow Project consists of approximately 10,680 acres of private land, located in a former-producing and prolifically endowed copper district. The Pumpkin Hollow Project is located approximately eight miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County. The Pumpkin Hollow Project has an open pit development, which is four kilometers west of the underground mine.
