Optimus Finance Limited, a non-banking financial company, engages in the financing and investment activities in India. It primarily invests in shares and securities, as well as other investments. The company operates through two segments: Financing and Investment activities, and Trading of chemicals. It also imports and exports lubricant oils, various types of base oils, and other chemical products for use in the automobile and other industries. The company was formerly known as Transpek Finance Limited and changed its name to Optimus Finance Limited in September 2015. The company was incorporated in 1991 and is based in Vadodara, India. Optimus Finance Limited is a subsidiary of Sukruti Infratech Private Limited.
