Revenue Group Berhad, an investment holding company, provides payment solutions in Malaysia. The company operates revPAY, a platform which facilitates the acceptance of payment transactions on various payment channels, such as physical EDC terminals, virtual payments, and QR payment; and Digital Services Exchange, a fintech platform that offers solutions to financial institutions and enterprises. It is also involved in the operation of wanna, a chat commerce platform; Buymall, an online marketplace; AnyPay, a bill payment and mobile recharge solutions; Innov8tif for identity assurance; distribution and maintenance of EDC terminals; provision of merchant acquisition services and electronic transaction processing services; and research and development, sale, licensing, and maintenance of software maintenance of support services for the payment infrastructure and technology. In addition, the company engages in the business in selling of incentive reward points for gift redemption and ecommerce platform; provision of facilities of indoor games; rental or lease of sport equipment; organizer for games and competitions; catering of food and beverages for participants; sport-health care supplies and accessories with online booking, ticketing, and reservations; information technology consultancy, other related information technology activities; and trading of sanitizing products. It serves banks, non-bank institutions, physical store merchants, online store merchants, and e-money payment scheme customers. Revenue Group Berhad was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
