Robinsons Land Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, acquires, develops, leases, sells, and disposes real estate properties in the Philippines. The company operates through six segments: Robinsons Malls, Residential, Robinsons Offices, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts, Robinsons Logistics and Industrial Facilities, and Robinsons Destination Estates. It develops, leases, and manages lifestyle commercial centers or shopping malls; develops and sells residential condominium units, as well as horizontal residential, leisure, and retirement projects under the RLC Residences and Robinsons Homes brand names; and develops and leases office spaces and buildings, as well as workspaces under the Robinsons Offices and work.able brand names. The company also owns, develops, and operates a chain of hotels under the Summit Hotels and Resorts, Go Hotels, Grand Summit Hotels, Fili, and NUSTAR brand names; and develops and leases distribution and fulfillment centers, cold storage facilities, multi-story warehouses, and secure data centers. In addition, it engages in the development of mixed-use and master-planned communities; and strategic land bank acquisition and management, as well as exploration of real estate-related infrastructure projects. The company was incorporated in 1980 and is headquartered in Quezon City, the Philippines. Robinsons Land Corporation operates as a subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, Inc.
