It also engages in the implementation and maintenance of renewable energy projects; commercial agencies, bidding, import, and export; ownership of movable and immovable properties; investment of funds; trading in new vehicle spare parts, tires, rims, renewable energy generation equipment and supplies, water purification and filtration equipment and devices, motor vehicles, and cars; commercial brokerage; purchase and sale of private real estate; and rental of residential apartments activities. The company was formerly known as Sheba Metal Casting Co. and changed its name to Sheba Renewable Energy in February 2024. Sheba Renewable Energy was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Amman, Jordan.
