Softlogic Holdings PLC, through its subsidiaries, engages in the retail and telecommunications, information technology, healthcare services, financial services, automobile, and leisure businesses in Sri Lanka and internationally. Its information and communication technology business includes the distribution of personal computers, notebook computers, servers, storage, network infrastructure, and printers; a range of point-of-sale products, such as receipts, slips and journal printers, customer displays, cash drawers, barcode scanners, LCD displays, and others; banking products comprising passbook printers, currency counters, cheque scanners, and others; mobile phones and accessories; and fax machines, PABX systems, feature phones, laser printers, digital network copiers, multi-function printers, production machines, projectors, CCTV security surveillance systems, and digital signage systems, as well as corporate and individual GSM packages, DTV, CDMA and HSPA connections. The company also provides software solutions for healthcare and age care clients; and Web based energy monitoring solutions, as well as solutions for industry auditing, allied health, job management, and resource booking. In addition, it sells imported SUVs; retails consumer electronics, branded apparels and fashion products, and furniture products; operates restaurants and supermarkets; provides personal and corporate financial solutions, and insurance business solutions; operates resorts and spas, hotels, laboratories, and hospitals; and develops and sells residential apartments. Further, the company engages in the investment banking, institutional broking, retail broking, and financial product distribution businesses; and distribution of mobile phones, as well as provision of management services and warehouse management facilities. Softlogic Holdings PLC was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
