Sprott Inc. is an asset management company. The Company is focused on providing its clients with precious metals and real assets investment strategies. The Company’s segments include Exchange listed products, Managed equities, Lending and Brokerage. The Company’s Exchange listed products segment provides management services to the Company's closed-end physical trusts and exchange traded funds (ETFs). The Managed Equities segment offers asset management and sub-advisory services to the Company's branded funds, fixed-term LPs and managed accounts. The Lending segment provides lending and streaming activities through limited partnership vehicles. The Brokerage segment offers regulated broker-dealer activities primarily equity origination, corporate advisory, sales and trading activities in the United States and Canada. Its subsidiaries include Sprott Asset Management LP, Sprott Capital Partners LP, Sprott Asia LP, Sprott Korea Corporation and Sprott Resource Lending Corp. (SRLC).
