Vsolar Group Berhad, an investment holding company, engages in renewable energy, media publishing, software solutions, and production house businesses primarily in Malaysia. The company operates through Trading, Solar Energy, and Others segments. It is involved in the design and development of business application software; sale of software and maintenance services; and advertising and publication of magazines, journals, and periodicals. In addition, the company engages in engages in provision of electric and solar energy; supplying and provision of computer hardware, software, and application; supply, trading, installation, assembly, and testing of spare parts for railway vehicles; general trading business; and installation of non-electric solar energy collectors. Further, it provides engineering solutions for renewal energy business and other related engineering works. The company was formerly known as Fast Track Solution Holdings Berhad and changed its name to Vsolar Group Berhad in January 2014. Vsolar Group Berhad was incorporated in 2003 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
