Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C, an investment holding company, provides management and investment services in diversified projects and businesses in the United Arab Emirates. The company imports and trades food items, such as fresh consumables, canned, preserved and frozen food, baby foods items, beverages, and vegetables and fruits; offers re-packaging and wrapping, and food catering services; and produces and sells dairy products, including fresh milk, juices, long life products, and camel milk and powder. It also engages in the rearing, hatching, feed processing, and sale of poultry products; farming and livestock related service; land cultivation, land-reclaimed farming, and institution and management activities; and wholesale and retail of fresh fish and marine animals. In addition, the company provides basic organic chemical acids, plastic bottles and related containers, plastic closures articles, and vegetable oils; manages and operates warehouses; trades in potatoes; operates supermarket; and provides commercial enterprises investments, institution, and management services. Further, offers management services; onshore and offshore oil and gas fields and facilities services; land-based aquaculture providing interior design works; processing, packaging, import, and export of legumes; trading, processing, and packing of seafood products; trading of canned and preserved foodstuff; table eggs farming; and commercial and agricultural enterprises investment activities. The company was formerly known as Zee Stores PJSC and changed its name to Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C in January 2022. Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C was founded in 2002 and is based in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. Ghitha Holding P.J.S.C is a subsidiary of IHC Food Holding LLC.
