The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of South Korea. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps agreement to invest in fixed-rate, South Korean Won denominated sovereign debt with a minimum maturity of one year. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx ABF Korea Government Total Return net-of-tax (USD Unhedged) Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as db x-trackers II - Markit iBoxx ABF Korea Government Index ETF. db x-trackers II - Markit iBoxx ABF Korea Government UCITS ETF was formed on April 13, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
