Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Software & Computer Services and Technology sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.10%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 2.41% or 9.3 points to trade at 394.9 at the close. Genmab (CO:GEN) added 2.23% or 31.0 points to end at 1421.0 and Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CO:VWS) was up 1.77% or 10.0 points to 574.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Coloplast A/S (CO:COLOb), which lost 1.56% or 8.5 points to trade at 535.0 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S B (CO:NOVOb) declined 1.48% or 4.6 points to end at 306.9 and GN Store Nord (CO:GN) shed 1.22% or 2.6 points to 209.8.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 66 to 49 and 15 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 2.90% or 1.44 to $51.02 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.90% or 1.06 to hit $56.85 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.66% or 8.51 to trade at $1293.51 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.51% to 6.3075, while EUR/DKK fell 0.00% to 7.4428.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.50% at 93.08.
