Proactive Investors - 11:50am: Osisko (TSX:OSK) Metals (TSX-V:OM), QMC Quantum Minerals shares make big gains
Osisko Metals (TSX-V:OM) Incorporated shares jumped 20% to $0.305 on Wednesday after the Canadian exploration and development company announced that it has signed an investment agreement with a subsidiary of Appian Natural Resources Fund, whereby Appian has agreed to invest up to C$100 million over an estimated four-year period to acquire an undivided 60% interest in Pine Point Mining Limited at a valuation of $91.3 million.
As well, shares of QMC Quantum Minerals Corp (TSXV:QMC) gained 35% to $0.195 as the junior explorer and resource property developer said it has received a work permit from the Government of Manitoba for its Irgon Lithium Mine Property, which has a historical resource estimate of 1.2 million tons grading 1.51% Li2O over a strike length of 365 metres (m), to a depth of 213m.
Adamas One Corp (NASDAQ:JEWL)(NASDAQ:JEWL), meanwhile, reported that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase plan to repurchase up to $7.5 million of its outstanding stock, effective immediately. Adamas One stock moved up 9% to $1.66 following the announcement.
And F3 Uranium Corp (TSXV:FUU) (TSXV:FUU) shares continued to move higher Wednesday, up 6% to $0.45 following a 16% gain on Tuesday, after the uranium project generator and exploration company announced that it has registered 57,100 cps over 0.5m in its widest mineralized interval to date.
