SYDNEY, May 5 (Reuters) - Rio Tinto RIO.AX RIO.L said on
Thursday it has no plans to expand its iron ore infrastructure
capacity in Australia beyond 360 million tonnes a year.
"We have no plans at the moment all to extend our
infrastructure capacity beyond 360 million tonnes," chairman Jan
du Plessis told the annual general meeting of shareholders.
"We are not yet fully utilising that capacity. We are
currently about 20 or 30 million tonnes short," he added.
