Biggest losers included MTS (MCX:MTSS), which 4.20% or 10.00 points to trade at 228.00 in late trade. Tatneft-3 (MCX:TATN) 2.92% or 9.40 points to end at 312.90 and Rostelecom (MCX:RTKM) 2.92% or 2.68 points to 89.12.
