The company owns a pipeline of pharmacological inhibitors, including AEF0117, a drug candidate, which is in Phase 2b clinical trials for the treatment of the harmful effects of excessive cannabis use; AEF0217, a drug candidate, which is in phase 1/2 clinical trials to treat cognitive deficits observed in down syndrome; and CB1-SSi, a new molecular entities to treat other CB1-dependent diseases, including several orphan diseases.
