Asian Micro Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries principal activities include provision of compressed natural gas (CNG) supply and related products and services, manufacturing and trading of clean room supplies, leasing of commercial properties and property development. The Company’s segments include Manufacturing and trading, Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) related business, Property business and Corporate. Its Manufacturing and trading segment is engaged in the business of providing clean room-grade plastic packaging bags and materials for packaging cleaned finished products in the hard disk drive and semiconductor customers. Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) related business segment is engaged in trading of NGV-related products, transportation of CNG refilling service, maintenance and servicing of CNG-related equipment. Property business segment is engaged in leasing of commercial properties and property development.
