Searchlight Resources Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada. The company explores for copper, lead, cobalt, gold, vanadium, nickel, and uranium deposits, as well as lithium and rare earth elements. Its flagship property is the 100% owned Kulyk Lake Rare Earth project covering an area of approximately 317.1 square kilometers located in north of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Canyon Copper Corp. and changed its name to Searchlight Resources Inc. in July 2018. Searchlight Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
