Volt Lithium Corp. engages in the exploration and development of mineral properties in the United States. It explores for copper, gold, and silver deposits. The company holds interest in the SK Property, a copper-gold porphyry project that consists of 316 unpatented lode claims for a total area of 2,560 hectares at the intersection of the Battle Mountain – Eureka (Cortez) trend and Warm Springs Lineament in Nevada. It also has option agreement to acquire 100% interests in the Klondike property that includes 76 unpatented lode claims covering approximately 843 hectares located in the San Miguel County, Colorado; and the Stateline property, which consists of 22 unpatented mining claims situated in the southeast of Moab, Utah. The company is based in Vancouver, Canada.
