Interesting they have $42 mill in detachable warrants with the previous share issuance, was this done to ward off any outside takeovers ? And if so does this mean the stock could climb to $3,25 ish to get them exercised, so many questions !!
Lots of cash, interesting sector, 15% short position, low share count - 52 mill, Blackrock Vanguard own 2 mill shares between them
As an investor, doing TA is little tough on this one, cause market cap is little low ! Still my views,, 1) price is below 200 day MA so it is major strike against it 2) regardless, I would not invest till it goes above 2.00 and only after it re-tests this level 3) Also, day chart hints this to be little pumpy dumpy so bad for weak hearted investors like me !
