Interesting junior miner, they actually make a decent profit as a project generator, friend told me to buy so have, see what happens !! Certainly cheap at 17 cents Cdn
I think it's worth considering that even after the recent run up in price, EPL is still worth a fair bit less than it's asset value. - They have around $3.6M in cash- They have $4-6M in stock in other public companies (after the recent run up in Taiga, where they own 12M shares)- They own property in BC worth $2M- They have $2.7M in cash owing on their active deals- They have $1.6M in stock owing on their active deals- They have an equity stake or NSR on all their earn in deals, where these comapnies have agreed to spend $18M. I've calculated the value of the deals at $4.8M, which is just their shares times the money spent exporing. I'm not counting their 50 other properties in this calculation, and it's still gives us a value around $20M. I'm also not counting any value for Terra Logic, which would probably be profitable on third party work if they weren't doing valueable work for EPL for below market rates.If we are in the early days of a bull market in gold, EPL will have
