The company’s projects include the Chedic Graphite project near Carson City Nevada. It owns and operates the Amabato Arana mine located in the vicinity of Andasibe in Toamasina Province in Madagascar totalling 4,375 hectares. It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the The Montepuez Graphite Project with a total area of 14,656.05 hectares located near Montepuez, in the province of Cabo Delgado. The company was formerly known as Global Li-Ion Graphite Corp. and changed its name to Lion Critical Minerals Corp. in May 2026. Lion Critical Minerals Corp. was incorporated in 2014 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
