The company was formerly known as Qurate Retail, Inc. and changed its name to QVC Group Inc. in February 2025. QVC Group Inc. was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. On April 16, 2026, QVC Group Inc. along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
