Luka Bar AD Bar is a Montenegro-based company primarily engaged in the harbor and docking services. Its main area of activities includes cargo handling services and storage of goods. The Company offers such services as processing, handling and sorting of cargo units, counting and weighing of goods, maintenance and accommodation of ships, container servicing, lease of land and business area, as well as accommodation in a hotel Sidro and related catering services. It operates six terminals for various types of cargo and one passenger terminal. It operates three wholly owned subsidiaries: Hotel Sidro doo Bar, Informatika i komunikacije doo Bar and Obezbjedjenje i protivpozarna zastita doo Bar. The Company is 54.05%-owned by the State of Montenegro.
