Max Sound Corporation is engaged primarily in developing and launching audio technology software. The Company is engaged in activities to sell and license products and services based on its MAX-D HD Audio Technology (MAX-D) for sound recording and playback. The Company owns rights to all fields of use to MAX-D. The MAX-D is a patented-process that uses advanced resynthesis to restore lost, compressed harmonics and bring high definition (HD) live sound to digital media without affecting file size or energy consumption. The MAX-D process is to deliver HD Audio on existing hardware in real time. MAX-D consumers have the ability to customize their playback. The MAX-D process is available in four versions, which include MAX-D Cloud Player, MAX-D Smart Phone App, Application Program Interface (API) and MAX-D Software Program. The MAX-D Cloud Player is a featured version of the MAX-D technology that can be implemented on any streaming service, or online platform.
