The company was formerly known as Thang Long Securities Joint Stock Company and changed its name to MB Securities Joint Stock Company in May 2012. The company was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. MB Securities Joint Stock Company operates as a subsidiary of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
