Bromat Holdings Ltd., an investment holding company, manages and operates food and beverage outlets in Singapore. The company operates a Shanghainese restaurant under the Shang Society brand name; a hotpot restaurant under the Little Sheep brand name; and a bakery café that supplies bakes and food to supermarket chains. It also provides institutional catering services to clients at various industrial sites, such as semiconductor and maritime sites; and sells live seafoods, as well as distributes beers to customers and wholesalers and through distributors. The company was formerly known as No Signboard Holdings Ltd. and changed its name to Bromat Holdings Ltd. in June 2024. The company was founded in 1981 and is based in Singapore. Bromat Holdings Ltd. is a prior subsidiary of Gazelle Ventures Pte. Ltd.
