Pasithea Therapeutics Corp. is a biotechnology company. The Company is primarily focused on the discovery, research and development of treatments for Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders and RASopathies. Its lead product candidate, PAS-004, is a macrocyclic mitogen-activated protein kinase (MEK) inhibitor for potential use in the treatment of a range of RASopathies, including neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and Noonan syndrome, as well as lamin A/C (LMNA) cardiomyopathy and a number of oncology indications. Its other three programs are in the discovery stage.
