Pettenati SA Industria Textil is a Brazil-based company engaged in the textile industry. The Company is primarily active in the manufacture, marketing and export of mesh finished fabrics and clothing articles. Its portfolio includes a range of dyed and printed fabrics. The Company’s product lines include Softs, Plushs, Half Meshes, Viscose and Sport Lines, among others. The Company’s fabrics production is performed in two plants, one located in Caxias do Sul in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, and one in El Salvador. The Company operates also an industrial unit in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, which is active in the manufacture of apparel products. As of June 30, 2012, it held a 70.20% stake in Pettenati Centro America SA de CV.
