Principal Solar, Inc. is a strategic investor in organizations and technologies that support opportunities in traditional, renewable, and clean energy sectors as well as an operator of undervalued petroleum-producing properties. The Company’s subsidiaries include NexTeal, which is focused on developing heavy electric vehicle technologies and creating a solution to mitigate carbon emissions through strategic investment in and management of visionary companies imbedded in the renewable energy, electric vehicle, and natural gas sectors, and E-3 Petroleum, has partnered with oil & gas services and equipment provider Double-H Services to manage the rehabilitation and operations of the wells on properties. In addition, E-3 has licensed the rights to the TORS oil recovery system. The Company invest in various sectors, including green information technology, heavy electric vehicles, natural gas, and petroleum recovery.
