The company was formerly known as formerly known as Rock Kinetic Development Co., Ltd. and changed its name to RAC Electric Vehicles Inc. in August 2009. RAC Electric Vehicles Inc. was founded in 2005 and is based in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
