Rivalry Corp. is a Canada-based sports betting and sports media company. The Company has developed an in-house technology platform offering fixed-odds sports betting on both e-sports and traditional sports, in addition to an originally developed casino product called Rushlane. It has launched Internet gaming in the Province of Ontario as an operator of Internet gaming and sports betting in Ontario. The Company, through its subsidiary, Rivalry Limited offers multiple forms of sports betting, such as esports and traditional sports and casino games. The Company also has a variety of originally developed products, including Quest, an on-site engagement experience, and an original casino game called Rushlane, a casino game, which is a new category for online gaming called Massively Multiplayer Online Gambling Games (MMOGG). The Company operates a global team in more than 20 countries. Its other subsidiary is Rivalry Australia Pty Ltd.
