Rodium Realty Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the real estate development business in India. It constructs and develops residential and commercial projects. The company also provides realty development services; design and project management services comprising due diligence, entitlement approval and legal assessment, project planning and feasibility, geological and soil investigation, maps, architectural/engineering/interior designing, evaluation of bids, construction supervision, quality management, construction management, cost management, and contract management services, as well as project assessment studies, including financial analysis. In addition, it offers property management services, such as inspection services for property safety and utilities; security and facility management; electrical utility management; plumbing and water resources utility management; and managing sales, lease, leave, and license of premises. The company was formerly known as Vishal Cotspin Limited and changed its name to Rodium Realty Limited in August 2010. Rodium Realty Limited was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Mumbai, India.
