Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploration and development of petroleum and natural gas resource deposits in Canada. The Company’s focus is to advance the exploration of its light oil assets in the Oxbow area of South East Saskatchewan, and Viking light oil assets and heavy oil assets in West-Central Saskatchewan. The Company drilled over four operated, 100% working interest Frobisher wells. The Company drilled over nine wells into its West Central and Southeast Saskatchewan inventory.
