Where are those people waiting for this stock to go down at $1??? I guess, you guys will be buying this stock at a higher price ;)
let's gooooo
We are flying guys :))) happy that I'm holding 10,000 shares at $2.81
is it a good buy ?
this company already got final financial help on june 25 by TD and national bank. 50/50
Still a dollar to go before I am buying. Go down more SCL. Buying around $1 level.
Wat happened to the delisting?
delisting is totally different from removing it from the index
I will wait for this stock to go back to $1 level before I buy. This time the stock is just so expensive compared to its value.
what do you think about this company I invested in this company and pulled out as I dont see this company going up to $11 per share. (revenue is down know that fact this company is trading for years but dont see going far. new management, not many assets. will go bankrupt if 2nd wave start. that is my thought will like to get input from you or anyother expert. thanks ones again
They will go bankrupt but your right its hard for the stock price to back to pre-covid level, that is a pipedream. But I do agree the stock can go back to $5 again. But at this time it is still expensive for me to buy. I want the stock to go down further till the $1 level before I buy. I am planning to put 20k on it when it happens.
I mean they will not go bankrupt. I have checked their website they have raise some fund to survive this pandemic. And they have also some plan to innovate their business. But $2 is still expensive to buy. Wait for it to go back to $1 level, then you can buy as well.
Not sure this should be trading OTC
what happen to scl stock i can still trade in from my broker account. I read the new that it will get delisted. anyone can explain?
Guys, you gotta educate yourself. So many people ask this question and I'm copy-pasting the answer. S&P/TSX Composite index tracks some chosen stocks by certain criteria (the most liquid and expensive on TSX). There are stocks which don't satisfy those criteria and they get removed from the index. And there are stocks which didn't satisfy the criteria before, but improved and included in the index. For example, AUP, DPM, EQX and some others were   included in the index today. So it's not the end of world and not that much changes for BBD. 2 factors why it's bad to be removed from the index: 1) less visibility for investors, 2) there are ETFs and mutual funds which follow the index. They MUST have the stocks from the index. If the stock is removed from the index, they MUST sell it and buy new stocks which were included. But nobody really  knows how much it may/will go down.
thank for the info. what do you think about this company I invested in this company and pulled out as I dont see this company going up to $11 per share. (revenue is down know that fact this company is trading for years but dont see going far. new management, not many assets. will go bankrupt if 2nd wave start. that is my thought will like to get input from you or anyother expert. thanks ones again
I am not an expert by any means, but you don't need to be one to tell that it's not the best times for this company. Revenues, profits and equity are declining while expenses and liabilities are growing from 2017. The company is not profitable. It doesn't look too bad though so doesn't look like it may go bankrupt soon. If the oil market recovers, it may go up faster than similar companies because of the low start. But it's very risky. It's more a bet than real investment in my opinion.
this news confirms it
