The company also provides new energy solutions and related equipment, including electric passenger car power batteries, electric logistics vehicle power batteries, electric tool power batteries, garden tool power batteries, industrial and commercial energy storage systems, and home energy storage systems. In addition, it engages in import and export trading activities. Further, the company operates electric vehicle charging stations. It serves new energy vehicles, energy storge, aerospace, military equipment, electric motorcycle and special vehicle, and electric equipment sectors. The company was formerly known as Kith Holdings Limited and changed its name to Tesson Holdings Limited in June 2015. The company was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Tesson Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Double Key International Limited.
