Transition Metals Corp. is a Canada-based multi-commodity company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral exploration properties in Canada and the United States. The Company’s projects include Saturday Night, Bancroft, Doherty Lake, Revell Property, Maude Lake Property, Lewisporte Property, Duntara Copper Property, Aylmer IOCG, Wollaston Copper, Highland Gold, Gowganda Gold, Cryderman Gold, Jolly Gold and Pike Warden. The Bancroft property consists of approximately 3,833 hectares (ha) of mining claims located in the Southern Mining district near Bancroft, Ontario. The Doherty Lake property consists of approximately 1,012 ha of mining claims located in central Demorest Township, Sudbury Mining District, Ontario. The Revell Project is located along the TransCanada Highway, approximately 45 kilometers (km) Southwest of Dryden, Ontario. The Maude Lake Project is located approximately 10 km of the TransCanada Highway and the town of Schreiber, Ontario.
