The company was formerly known as Shandong Xingmin Wheel Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems (Group) Co., Ltd. in July 2016. Xingmin Intelligent Transportation Systems (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Longkou, China.
