China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited develops properties in Mainland China. The Others segment offers design and decoration services, as well as operates an observation deck. It also engages in building technology and services business. The company was formerly known as Franshion Properties (China) Limited and changed its name to China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited in September 2015. China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Beijing, China.
