Matt I’d wait until the bill releases. There’s something called RSI that I suggest you peep at. Its essentially a metric that measures how oversold and overbought a stock is. When it rides ‘oversold’ (RSI<70) then you should consider to sell. Look at the technical tab of this stock and make sure you monitor larger time frames like daily and weekly, not just hourly (think big picture). I predict around 14.50
