  • I've dumped all my disney position, first buy was back in 2000 with my dad when I was 17. can't turn a blind eye to the communist cock sucking the company is doing with China. it's one thing pumping a couple million into a company that does business in China, its another to put it into a company that gives praise to groups that are directly connected with concentration camps with millions people being abused.

  • Disney is losing ground. Still has until July 31, 2020 to decide if I will sell this stock in a lose. Just waiting for the NBA season to re-start and we will see from there if there will be improvement on the stock price.

          • because disney selling at 17 p/e ratio is a bargain when compared to netflix. They are the second biggest in the service.

                      • Why not buy now when you know its going to go back up in a couple months

                      • Tykree Llewellyn simple math really, if i buy shares at 100 and I have 10k to invest then that equals 100 shares. If I buy at 90 then I save 10 bucks a share and can buy more, increasing how much I can make. Buy and hold is great long term, however why invest in something when you know there is more downturn coming?

                      • Tykree Llewellyn simple math really, if i can buy lower then I can buy more shares. Or use excess funds to invest in other opportunities. Why buy into something when you know there is more downturn ahead?

                      • disney just isnt putting out content at the same rate as its competitors at the moment. which is good because itll probly see a bit if a dip- tho a bigger chunk of what it brings in is in sales at its locations... either way it will force disney to stay competitive and realize they gotta keep up and feed people content. so I see a dip then a tweak and they'll go back up

                      • I think Disney is seen to be appropriately valued and will remain approximatley where it is for some time. Because of this I believe, in the coming months, people (particularly career traders) will become impatient and start selling Disney stock, causing a slight drop between the first and second quarters of 2020. That is, unless Disney releases some sort of new feature to their streaming service to further boost interest in owning their equity, in which case my prediction will be fruitless.
