Northland Power Inc. is a Canada-based global power producer. The Company is focused on developing, building, owning, and operating clean and green global power infrastructure assets in Asia, Europe, Latin America, North America and other selected global jurisdictions. Its segments include Offshore Wind, Efficient Natural Gas, Onshore Renewable and Utility. Its Onshore Wind assets include Grand Bend, McLean's Mountain, Jardin, Mont Louis and Spanish Onshore Wind. Offshore Wind assets include Gemini, Nordsee One and Deutsche Bucht. Efficient Natural Gas segment includes Kirkland Lake, North Battleford, Thorold and Spy Hill operating facilities. Onshore Renewable segment includes Cochrane and Solar operating facilities. Its Utility segment operates as a distributor and retailer of electricity. Its facilities produce electricity from clean-burning natural gas and renewable resources. The Company owns or has a net economic interest in approximately 3.0 gigawatts (GW) of operating capacity.
