This segment also provides cloud hosting, virtual private networks, and cloud-based multimedia conferencing services; Web hosting, cloud-based mail, and messaging services; and Website and mobile application development, and animation services. The IT Manpower and Resource Augmentation segment provides IT staff augmentation, managed, contract to hire, and recruitment process outsourcing services. The Broadband and Wireless Cable TV Services segment markets fiber-in-the-air fixed wireless broadband services that allow its subscribers to download, upload, stream, and share files; and wireless cable TV services. It also provides broadband Internet services. The company was formerly known as Information Capital Technology Ventures, Inc. and changed its name to NOW Corporation in August 2013. NOW Corporation was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Makati City, the Philippines.
