Over 85% of the Saul Centers' property operating income is generated by properties in the Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area. Saul Centers, Inc. is based in Bethesda, Maryland. Saul Centers, Inc. was established on June 10, 1993, and incorporated in Maryland.
